Rent to own candidates are required to work on their credit repair and take good care of the property. We also have a 10-10-10 program available without credit check, with a larger down payment and higher monthly payment.

We want to make sure that you do not over-extend yourself, but that the property you choose is affordable for you. Guidelines are that you need to earn 3-4x the monthly payment.
